Dr. Robert Tilton is dedicated to providing collaborative, supportive, and non-judgmental care to adults navigating a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, trauma, stress, grief, and loss. He believes in creating a safe, inclusive space where individuals from all backgrounds and orientations feel understood, respected, and empowered.

With a focus on helping clients live meaningful lives aligned with their personal values, Dr. Tilton draws on modern, evidence-based therapies such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). His compassionate and practical approach ensures that clients feel supported while also being guided toward lasting growth and positive change. Jennifer Shirley, LMHC is a compassionate and dedicated therapist with extensive experience working with mood disorders, perinatal populations and first responders. Jennifer has a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by these groups and offers a supportive, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their emotional, mental, and physical health. Whether navigating the complexities of pregnancy, postpartum, or the demands of high-stress work environments, Jennifer is committed to helping individuals thrive during difficult transitions.  Jennifer’s approach is person-centered, collaborative and tailored to fit each individual’s needs. She utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, mindfulness practices, strengths-based interventions, components of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychoeducation to empower clients to develop coping strategies, build resilience and cultivate a balanced, heathy lifestyle. Dr. Casey Catlin is a Clinical Psychologist who provides collaborative, supportive, and non-judgmental care to adults and older adults facing a variety of concerns: anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, trauma, stress, burnout, caregiving, grief and loss, and more.  Casey strives to provide a safe and understanding place for persons from all backgrounds and orientations, empowering clients to live a meaningful life according to their own personal values.  She uses modern evidence-based treatments including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.  Casey provides services via telehealth.

Erik Stenglein, MSW, LICSW, is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years experience in the field, working in Mental Health, hospital/acute medicine settings, Child Welfare, and Foster Care/Treatment Foster Care licensing. Erik's focus is providing a comfortable and supportive therapeutic environment, while assisting with identification and modification of beliefs and/or behaviors that impact healthy functioning. Erik believes that treatment goals are best developed collaboratively with each individual, and that goals should be designed to focus on areas of personal significance. Erik utilizes a variety of therapeutic approaches to best fit each individual's needs; Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, Reality Therapy and motivational interviewing; with focus on problem solving, coping skills, development of communication skills, and providing tools for continued recovery across the lifespan. Erik graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, and graduated with honors from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee with a Master's Degree in Social Work.

Brigitte Shaffer, M. Ed., CAGS, LMHC, QMHP has an eclectic approach to therapy, with a commitment to always hold person-centered care at the heart of my practice. Nicole Lagatolla, LMHC is a dedicated therapist with a unique background in both emotional health and forensic criminology. With two Master’s degrees—one in Science and Psychological Services from Salem State University and another in Forensic Criminology from UMass Lowell—I bring a comprehensive understanding of both the clinical and legal aspects of mental health. My extensive experience working with adults and teens in diverse settings allows me to adapt my approach to meet each client’s unique needs. I specialize in providing therapeutic support for individuals dealing with complex mental health challenges, including substance abuse, anger management, and distress tolerance. I utilize a variety of evidence-based techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Distress Tolerance. My goal is to empower clients to build on their strengths, develop effective coping strategies, and achieve greater emotional balance. My approach is flexible, dynamic, and tailored to each client, whether I’m working with teens navigating challenging life transitions or adults managing high-stress situations. Over the years, I’ve worked in a variety of clinical and correctional settings, including leadership roles as a Mental Health Coordinator and Director of Mental Health Services at the Donald W. Wyatt Detention Facility. I’ve also served as a Behavioral Management Mental Health Professional and Residential Clinician, where I provided therapeutic support for individuals in high-stress environments. Lucy Lapane, MSW, LCSW is a Pre-Independent Licensed clinician in Rhode Island (supervised by Erik Stenglein, LICSW) and is independently licensed in Massachusetts. She has a passion for helping pre-teens, adolescents, young adults and families navigate life’s challenges. Her journey in social work began with a MSW degree from Boston University in 2023, where she honed her skills and developed a client-centered approach to therapy. Her professional focus revolves around providing compassionate and personalized care to individuals in need. She strives to create a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their emotions, develop coping strategies, and foster resilience. In addition to traditional therapy modalities, she offers an approach to healing through pet therapy. Together with her certified therapy dog, Josie, she facilitates meaningful interactions that promote emotional well-being and connection. She sees clients via telehealth or in-person.

Austin Davis, MSW, LCSW is a Pre-Independent Licensed Clinical Social Worker (supervised by Erik Stenglein, LICSW) Central to his practice is the provision of client-centered and evidence-based care with pre-teens, teens and adults. He believes in empowering his clients and fostering the development of their strengths. In each session, his goal is to create an environment that promotes empowerment, where clients feel heard, validated, and supported. By valuing their primary experiences, he understand their journey more deeply. Building a strong therapeutic relationship is of utmost importance to me. I strive to validate and honor the identities of his clients, recognizing the unique perspectives and lived experiences they bring to the table. His passion for this field stems from a Bachelor's degree in psychology and his Masters level training in Social Work. He is dedicated to utilizing theories of social justice in conjunction with psychoanalytic methodologies to assist individuals from diverse backgrounds.
